Website + Native App
Monalisa Barbershop is a premium barbershop in Chalandri. The project was not just a website — we built a complete digital ecosystem: a dark/gold brand site with online booking and a native app (iOS & Android) sharing the same visual language and booking experience.
Design & implementation
Online appointments — on both the website and native app — run through Rantevouly. A shared booking system for availability, reservations, and management, so customers book from any surface with the same flow.
Design approach
Dark-first palette with gold (#d4af37 / #f0c24c) on near-black (#0a0a0a) and charcoal. MONALISA wordmark, Keep it Fresh slogan, glass surfaces with gold borders, medals, and real space photography. Goal: local luxury without a generic barber template.
Implementation
Web: Next.js, Tailwind, Framer Motion, Firebase booking, EL/EN. Native: React Native, Firebase auth, push notifications, maps, Google/Apple Sign-In. Live at monalisabarbershop.gr and on the App Store / Google Play.

Challenge
The shop needed a premium local barbershop presence that stood out from generic templates — and a real digital booking experience on web and mobile.
Solution
A dark/gold brand ecosystem: Next.js site with Keep it Fresh hero, services, awards, and booking, plus an Expo native app (iOS/Android) sharing the same visual language, tabs, and Firebase/Rantevouly booking.
Results
